Smartphones market broadens constantly. 327 millions smartphones were sold suring last three months.
5% of them are Xiaomi models. Half a year ago quantity of Xiaomi sales was close to Apple sales quantity.
Now Xiaomi is on the honourable third place in Asia, while Samsung sales fell around 8,2% last year.
Korean company has saled 78,1 million smartphones, what is 6,9 million less than a year ago.
The quantity of Apple released smartphones increased to 5,5 million.
Xiaomi sales results were 5,6 million last year, following Lenovo and LG.
A year ago Xiaomi took 2,1%, this year it takes 5,3%, compare with Samsung – 23,8 % and Apple – 12,0%.
The major sales of Xiaomi are on China market. However the company becomes more and more popular all over the world.
So, it seems Apple now has a serious competitor.
